Melissa Hartman was introduced to NTPA by her daughter, Olivia Elroz, in 2018 when they first relocated to north Dallas. After supporting her daughter in over 15 NTPA shows and participating in two community theater productions, Melissa joined the Plano Management Board. With Olivia now graduated from Academy and in her second year at Loyola University in Chicago, Melissa has renewed her dedication to NTPA by serving as Chairperson of the Plano Management Board.

Melissa’s professional background is in commercial real estate, and she has worked as a loan underwriter for KeyBank for the past 13 years, currently specializing in affordable housing communities. Prior to that, Melissa worked as VP in asset management and acquisitions/disposition for private real estate investment firms in Houston, Chicago, and Kansas City. Melissa has an MBA from George Washington University and a BA from University of Texas, Austin.

Angie Mauermann
Angie MauermannBudget Director
Angie joined the NTPA Plano Management Board in 2022 after her son Oliver spent a couple of years with NTPA in summer camps and interning for the directors for quite a few K-5 productions. Since then, Angie has been volunteering as a prop mom, backstage mom, the Stardust Gala and Plano AMPS. Her first NTPA community show with her son was Scrooge and soon to be Mary Poppins. She works for Revolution Foods, a Public Benefit Corporation, as the Senior Director of Master Data Management. When Angie isn’t working or at the theater, she enjoys interior decorating, spending time in the garden and good food and a glass of wine with friends and family.
Jennifer Everett

Jennifer brings two decades of experience as an educator and instructional coach in both public and private schools. As a mother of four, she is dedicated to spending time with her family, which now includes two grandchildren. Her involvement in the arts goes beyond the classroom, with two of her children performing in stage and studios productions at North Texas Performing Arts, where she has joined them on stage in community theater productions.

Jennifer’s commitment to the arts extends backstage as well. She has served as a show manager for many productions and has volunteered in various capacities for numerous shows, including sound and lights, costume or set design, props, and promotions. Her dedication to education and the arts is reflected in the passion and perspective she brings to all her endeavors.

Lee Delahoussaye
Lee Delahoussaye
Lee began his journey with NTPA in 2022 when he volunteered as Set Build Coordinator for “Billy Elliot,” his eldest son’s first NTPA production. Within a year, Lee had served as Set Build Coordinator on five productions, joined the T-25 set build group, and served on the Repertory Board and the 2022 AMP Awards committee. That same year, he won Stardust and AMP Awards for his set-build creations.

Lee joined the Plano Board in the Fall of 2023, where he serves as the liaison to T-25. He also remains active as a Set Build Coordinator and AMP committee member.

When he isn’t wrestling with a set build or attending a meeting in the Neiman Marcus room, Lee can be found spending time with his wife Stephanie and sons Maxwell and Charlie, or working his “second job” as founder and CEO of sister marketing agencies Mindtap Digital and HEXA GTM.

Oren is a Sr. Product Manager at a Contact Center software solutions company. He has been actively involved with NTPA since 2022. He holds a BSc from HIT in Technology Management and is always eager to learn new technologies. He resides in Plano with his wife Orit and son Nitzan.
Kelly Gu
Kelly Gu
Kelly is a certified PMP and ScrumMaster with extensive experiences in Management Consulting, Information Technology, and Digital Marketing. She joined the NTPA – Plano board in 2017 and hopes to bring her project management skills and expertise in digital marketing to North Texas Performing Arts. Kelly played piano since age 5 and performed in public, but she has never performed on stage in musicals. Knowing her daughters’ love for musical theatre, and desire to perform on stage, she was thrilled to discover North Texas Performing Arts, and wanted to get more involved at this great youth theatre organization.

Jennifer Word has a business degree and is an account manager for an insurance broker. She has three beautiful young daughters 17, 10 and 7. When not working or at the theater she enjoys spending time with family.
