Philip Hardy has spent his professional career as a sales professional in the telecommunications industry where he strives to provide leading customer service with integrity, teamwork, honesty, and a respect for others. As a father of two children he knows it’s important to lead by example, to take responsibility for his actions, and to love one another. His love to travel lead him to start a travel business as an Independent Travel Planner where he uses his customer service experience to provide his clients (he refers to them as guests) with a personal travel planning experience. He knows that being on a team requires each person to play a role, to take ownership, responsibility, and have gratitude towards others.

He has volunteered for several NTPA productions in different roles from set build, backstage, promotions, and concessions. He enjoys working on the tech team at his local Church, traveling, camping, and being outdoors.

Laura Meilinger
Laura Meilinger
Laura Meilinger was introduced to the NTPA Academy in its inaugural year when her daughter joined. Watching my daughters confidence and passion for theatre grow exponentially after just one year in the Academy, sparked my interest in serving as a volunteer. When not being a “theatre mom”, She works as a child advocate with CASA of Denton County.
Jeana Pullen
Jeana Pullen
Jeana has had a little website over 20 years of experience as a Licensed Professional Counselor. She has owned and operated A Safe Place to Heal in McKinney for over 15 years. Jeana fell in love with everything NTPA stands for in 2013, when her daughter Emmerson found her passion for theatre. Jeana was honored to serve on the Repertory Board from its inception in 2017 until 2019 when her daughter began the NTPA Academy and she transitioned to that board. She is proud to continue serving NTPA on the Academy Board. She and her daughter have participated in numerous NTPA community productions together and have created countless memories through this amazing organization. She spends countless hours volunteering for NTPA and has met lifelong friends as a result of this organization. Her favorite kind of weekend is full of shows where she can see her fellow theatre friends, volunteer, tell new families about NTPA and most importantly, watch her daughter shine on the stage she now calls home.
