Membership Agreement Terms and Conditions

Thank you for becoming an NTPA Member – your support of our nonprofit organization is appreciated! By joining the North Texas Performing Arts Membership Program, and authorizing North Texas Performing Arts to process your membership, you agree to accept the Terms and Conditions, updates, limitations and requirements, by continuing to participate in the program. North Texas Performing Arts reserves the right to update Terms and Conditions or make any changes to the Membership Program at any time, and for any reason, with or without notice by resolution of the Governing Board of Directors.

  1. Membership Term and Auto-Renewal:

    This membership is an annual subscription that will automatically renew each year on the anniversary of the original purchase date unless the member cancels prior to renewal. Members will receive a renewal notice before the renewal date. If no action is taken, the membership fee will be charged to the payment method on file. If no payment method is on file, the system will generate an invoice in the member account. It is the member’s responsibility to ensure payment details are up to date. Your membership will remain in effect until it is cancelled.

  2. Membership Benefits:

    Members are entitled to exclusive benefits, including but not limited to, discounted tuition, discounted tickets, complimentary tickets (as specified in the membership level), and special event access. Benefits are subject to change at any time, and for any reason, with or without prior notice at the sole discretion of North Texas Performing Arts.

  3. Voting Rights:

    Each member is entitled to one vote on each matter submitted to a vote of the members at the annual member meeting. There shall be no cumulative voting.

  4. Free Tickets and Benefit Usage:

    Complementary and discount tickets are limited to the number and determined value of tickets as specified per membership level. Complimentary tickets provided as part of the membership are non-transferable and may only be used by the member and their immediate family unless otherwise stated. Any attempt to sell, barter, or distribute free tickets for unauthorized use may result in immediate termination of membership without refund.

  5. Misuse of Membership Benefits:

    Misuse of membership benefits, including but not limited to, fraudulent use of discounts, resale or exceeding number allowed of complimentary tickets, or violation of theatre policies and codes of conduct, may result in membership suspension or termination. North Texas Performing Arts reserves the right to revoke membership without refund in cases of misuse.

  6. Cancellation and Refund Policy:

    Memberships may be cancelled at any time, but refunds will not be issued for partial or unused membership periods. To cancel, members must provide written notice before the next renewal date.

  7. Payment and Billing:

    By purchasing a membership, the member authorizes North Texas Performing Arts to charge the membership fee annually using the payment method on file. If a payment is declined, and we are unable to process your payment for monthly memberships or annual renewals, your benefits will expire and discounts will not be applied until payment is received. North Texas Performing Arts is not responsible for any fees incurred due to failed payments.

  8. Membership Modifications:

    North Texas Performing Arts reserves the right to modify membership benefits, fees, or terms at any time, and for any reason, with or without notice. Continued use of the membership after such changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.

  9. Liability and Indemnification:

    North Texas Performing Arts is not liable for lost, stolen, or misused membership benefits. Members agree to indemnify and hold harmless North Texas Performing Arts from any claims arising from membership participation.

By purchasing and using a North Texas Performing Arts membership, the member acknowledges and agrees to these terms and conditions.
