He hails from El Paso, Texas, where his parents’ passion for music and dance sparked his early interest in the arts. They encouraged him to play piano and violin and to celebrate his heritage through folklórico and mariachi. Alejandro is married and has four children, and it was through his kids’ desire to perform that he found NTPA.
Before joining NTPA, he acted across the country in a variety of productions, from theme parks to opera, and made several small-screen appearances, including commercials and a cameo on a once-popular TV show.
Most recently, he has appeared in NTPA community productions alongside his children and made his professional onstage debut in NTPA Repertory’s Into the Woods and Oklahoma!. He hopes to make the membership proud — and one day earn the title of “El Presidente.”
An active member of the T-25 set building team, Oren has also discovered a passion for lighting design, contributing to stunning productions at the Courtyard Theater, including Les Misérables, Singin’ in the Rain, and The Little Mermaid.
Oren currently serves as Board Secretary, where his tech-savvy background helps streamline essential (and sometimes tedious) administrative tasks like documentation and note-taking.
He lives in Plano with his wife, Orit, who is NTPA’s Development Manager, and their son, Nitzan.
She is an account manager at GIS Benefits for 8 years. Where she manages over 200 accounts in Texas and Louisiana.
She loves being apart of the NTPA committee and helping the directors and kids bring each show to its amazing performance. NPTA is not just a theater is a family, a place where kids and adults can go and be themselves and share amazing experiences, along with making life time friends and memories.
Jennifer’s commitment to the arts extends backstage as well. She has served as a show manager for many productions and has volunteered in various capacities for numerous shows, including sound and lights, costume or set design, props, and promotions. Her dedication to education and the arts is reflected in the passion and perspective she brings to all her endeavors.
Jason found NTPA when his daughter insisted on auditioning for a production of Peter Pan, directed by Mr. Mike. She was hooked. She even coaxed Jason onto the stage, and boy howdy that was something everyone at NTPA was going to have to deal with for a long time. Fifteen productions and counting later Jason still enjoys performing and creating…memorable characters. He’s even been blessed to perform with two of his children and his granddaughter.
Jason is an active member of the Grace Chapel UMC and plays guitar in the worship band each week. He is a member of the programming team and is the board contact for facilities issues.
Since then, César has been volunteering on different roles such as Props, Backstage, Playbills, and even Show Manager. His first NTPA Community Show with his daughter was Mary Poppins and hopefully there will be more to come!
When César isn’t working or at the theater, he enjoys reading and doing something with his kids and wife.
Erin has managed multi-million-dollar budgets, developed internal controls, and prepared financial reporting for executive leadership and boards, with a focus on transparency, compliance, and long-term sustainability.
Her connection to North Texas Performing Arts began as a parent of a young performer, where she experienced firsthand the organization’s commitment to creativity, mentorship, and youth development. Erin values the role arts organizations play in building confident individuals and strong communities.
A lifelong supporter of artistic endeavors, Sean values community-driven creativity and believes in the power of self-expression through performance and design. He has had the pleasure of serving audiences of great variety designing heated oil paintings for the visually impaired to functional set pieces for children’s theatre. On the North Texas Performing Arts board, he brings his expertise in storytelling, collaboration, and visual innovation to help nurture artistic opportunities and elevate the voices of all participants.
