Michelle Kaumeyer Hoffman has been volunteering with NTPA for 10 years. She is currently serving as the Board Chair for the NTPA Studios and is a member of the NTPA Governing Board. Michelle is also a past Vice Chair for the Governing Board. Michelle started with NTPA when her daughter was in elementary school and today, her daughter attends TCU majoring in Theatre-Acting. Michelle has a background in marketing and film production. She has her BA in Journalism, MBA, and completed coursework at New York Film Academy. Michelle is also a film screener for the Atlanta Film Festival and the Austin Film Festival.

Lisa Morton has volunteered with NTPA over the past few years. She currently serves as the Secretary for the NTPA Studios Management Board. Lisa and her husband, Raymond, have one daughter, Kenley, who is actively involved in NTPA productions having participated in multiple shows and competed in several Junior Theater Festivals! Lisa has an undergraduate degree in Accounting and an MBA in Management Information Systems. She volunteers regularly at her church and her daughter’s school and supports the arts locally.
Penny GrimmettFinancial Director
Penny Grimmett is an Accounting Manager for Cinemark Theaters. She is currently serving as the Finance Director for the NTPA Studios. In her spare time, she enjoys wine, travel, arts and the big screen. Penny resides in Plano with her husband Dallas and son Aidan.
Karen is a North Texas native with a passion for the arts, particularly theatre, and film she has experience as a talent as well as on the production side of things. With over 25 years licensed in the beauty industry, her attention to detail is an asset to any team. Karen is a dedicated volunteer who advocates for ending hunger. She is stoked to serve the NTPA helping inspire future generations of filmmakers and talents. Karen enjoys traveling, and exploring different cultures and cuisines-nothing brings greater joy than time with her family, including her grandchildren, and her grand-pets. Karen believes that together, we can make a difference and encourages everyone to have an amazing day and feed someone along the way.
Karen, her husband Larry, and their youngest daughter Kellison reside just south of Dallas, Texas.
Oren is a Sr. Product Manager at a Contact Center software solutions company. He has been actively involved with NTPA since 2022. He holds a BSc from HIT in Technology Management and is always eager to learn new technologies. He resides in Plano with his wife Orit and son Nitzan.
Sean Manning is an attorney who represents some of the largest youth serving organizations in the United States. He has been volunteering with NTPA for the past 6 years, including being a member of the Safety Board. Both his son and daughter have been involved with NTPA and his daughter has performed in over 25 shows. Sean volunteers at Life.Church McKinney as a photographer and has a background in photography and videography. Mr. Manning has an undergraduate degree in Business Administration-Marketing, and a Juris Doctor.
Jennifer Redman has been active in NTPA for 4 years as a parent and volunteer. Jennifer is a Realtor in North Dallas and has been devoted to a career around helping Buyers and Sellers; creating a positive experience and outcome for all. With a passion for the stage and screen, it was a natural transition to contribute time and efforts to help the NTPA community. She grew up in community theater in Atlanta and has shared this love with her daughter, Georgia.With Jennifer and Georgia reside in Prosper, Texas; creating a home filled with show tunes and dance parties for two!
