Lisa MortonChairperson

Lisa Morton has volunteered with NTPA over the past few years. She currently serves as the Secretary for the NTPA Film Studios Management Board. Lisa and her husband have one daughter who is actively involved in NTPA productions having participated in multiple stage shows and competed in several NTPA Junior Theater Festival troupes! Lisa has an undergraduate degree in Accounting and an MBA in Management Information Systems. She volunteers regularly at her church and her daughter’s school and supports the arts locally.

Sean Manning

Sean Manning is an attorney who represents some of the largest youth serving organizations in the United States. He has been volunteering with NTPA for the past 6 years, including being a member of the Safety Board. Both his son and daughter have been involved with NTPA and his daughter has performed in over 25 shows. Sean volunteers at Life.Church McKinney as a photographer and has a background in photography and videography. Mr. Manning has an undergraduate degree in Business Administration-Marketing, and a Juris Doctor.

Karen is a North Texas native with a passion for the arts, particularly theatre, and film she has experience as a talent as well as on the production side of things. With over 25 years licensed in the beauty industry, her attention to detail is an asset to any team. Karen is a dedicated volunteer who advocates for ending hunger. She is stoked to serve the NTPA helping inspire future generations of filmmakers and talents. Karen enjoys traveling, and exploring different cultures and cuisines-nothing brings greater joy than time with her family, including her grandchildren, and her grand-pets. Karen believes that together, we can make a difference and encourages everyone to have an amazing day and feed someone along the way.

Karen, her husband Larry, and their youngest daughter Kellison reside just south of Dallas, Texas.

I’ve worked in broadcasting and video editing, where I developed a passion for visual storytelling and media production. I have also been involved in technical theatre for over 10 years, gaining experience in many aspects of behind-the-scenes production. I am honored and excited to serve on the NTPA Studio Board and look forward to contributing my experience while supporting the growth and success of our theatre community.

Brandon Laurence

Mr. Laurence joined the NTPA Film Studios Board with a background in operations, production, and technology across logistics, aviation, and media. His work focuses on building systems, managing complex operations, and improving how teams plan and execute projects.

He is an Operations Manager in the logistics sector, where he oversees daily operations, routing, and process design. He is also a partner in several business ventures, where he manages client relationships and transaction coordination. In addition, he owns multiple businesses focused on software development, legal support services, and video production, including drone and live event work.

Brandon Laurence brings experience in organizing workflows, managing resources, and developing tools that support production and studio operations. His background in video production and live streaming supports the Film Studios program in both planning and execution.

Outside of work, he has a long history in aviation and field operations and values hands-on problem solving and structured systems that support growth.
