Congratulations to our Artist of the Month, Gregory McKnight!
Gregory is a seasoned theater technician having worked tech at many venues in DFW over the past 18 years. He has found a home at NTPA as the Technical Director and enjoys guiding students and parents to discover the joys of technical theater much like he did when he was younger. He has been a musician since the age of 7 and has played piano professionally for the past decade. You can hear his music on iTunes and Spotify.
Since joining the NTPA team in 2017, Greg has music directing many shows and written three original musicals performed at NTPA; “The Nightshade at Christmas,” “The Adventure of BetaKid,” and most recently, “Simon Says.”
Greg works on every show at NTPA in conjunction with our dedicated parent volunteers to bring each show to life through light and sound. Since NTPA’s reopening this June, Greg has worked tirelessly with video volunteers to provide live video streaming for NTPA shows, so that friends and family across the nation can watch our actors as they return to the stage.
