About the Workshop
Beetlejuice National Tour cast member Haley Hannah will lead this workshop focused on Musical Theatre Dance. Get ready to dance hard and have a blast! The workshop will consist of Haley leading the students in a warmup, she will teach a combo from Broadway’s Beetlejuice and then conduct a talk back focusing on Broadway tours and professional actor life! Haley comes to us with a plethora of knowledge about the Musical Theatre industry. She has been seen in Bring It On! (Broadway) and the Broadway National Tours of Beetlejuice, A Bronx Tale, Summer: The Donna Summer Musical, Flashdance and Bring It On.
About the Instructor
Haley Hannah is currently touring the country with Beetlejuice the musical. Haley performed on Broadway in Bring It On: The Musical, which was nominated for 2 Tony Awards, and was directed and choreographed by Andy Blankenbuehler. National tours include Beetlejuice (U/S Barbara, Juno, Maxime, Girl Scout, Swing, ADC), A Bronx Tale (Assistant Dance Captain, U/S Rosina), Flashdance the Musical (U/S Alex), and Summer: The Donna Summer Musical (Swing), and Bring It On: the musical. Regional favorites include the role of Mary Delgado in Jersey Boys (Gateway Playhouse), the role of Annette in Saturday Night Fever (Ogunquit Playhouse, Gateway Playhouse, Arts Center of Coastal Carolina), Jesus Christ Superstar (Lyric Opera Chicago) Cutman: A Boxing Musical (Goodspeed Opera House), Smokey Joe’s Cafe (Fulton Theatre), and playing the role of Virginia Hill in Ben, Virginia, and Me: A Liberace Musical (Acorn Theatre, NYC). Haley had the opportunity to back up sing for both Demi Lovato and the Jonas Brothers on ABC and has also appeared as a back-up dancer for Akon and Lonely Island on Comedy Central and MTV. Her teaching, master class and judging credits include Joffrey Musical Theatre Summer Intensives, Inside Broadway, Broadway Connection, Beyond the Stars, and Power of Dance.
