What is Immersive Theatre?
Immersive Theater erases the boundary between audience and performer by creating a world with set, technology, and actors that our audiences can participate in as a walk-through experience. Immersive theatre can take many forms, and you may have experienced something like this before at a haunted house, theme park, or murder mystery dinner.
Performers will develop advanced improvisational skills, heightened spatial awareness, and deeper emotional engagement as they interact with audiences in a non-traditional performance setting. Meanwhile, TechTrack students will gain hands-on experience with practical effects, atmospheric sound design, immersive lighting techniques, and environmental storytelling.

Synopsis
Step behind the silver screen and into the shadows of vintage horror in this original immersive experience that blends haunted house thrills with theatrical comedy, stylized scares, and iconic monsters reimagined. Terror in Black & White invites actors and audiences alike into a surreal world where everything is black-and-white—except you.
In this 20-minute walk-through show, guests are led through a crumbling movie theater and into the reel of a forgotten film, haunted by the monstrous creations of a deranged Director who’s determined to finish his “masterpiece” at any cost. Classic monsters like Frankenstein’s Bride, the Wolfman, the Spider Queen, and the Phantom of the Opera collide with teen heroes, weird science experiments, special effects, and just enough jump scares to keep everyone on their toes.
