North Texas Performing Arts’ Collegiate Pursuits production of The Prom has been selected to perform on the Main Stage at the 2026 International Thespian Festival (ITF), the most prestigious high school theatre festival in the country!
Out of hundreds of productions nationwide, only 12 are selected to perform on ITF’s Main Stage and NTPA will represent Texas as the sole Main Stage production from our state.
The festival will be held June 21–26 at Indiana University Bloomington, where our students will perform before thousands of theatre students and educators from across the country.
This is national recognition at the highest level!
About Collegiate Pursuits
NTPA’s Collegiate Pursuits program is designed to prepare students for admission to the top university theatre programs in the country. Through intensive training, private coaching, audition preparation, and résumé-building productions like The Prom, students are challenged and supported to perform at the highest level.
This selection is a powerful affirmation of their artistry, discipline, and dedication.
