Step into the spotlight of “The Greatest Show!” at the 15th Annual Plano AMP Awards and Fundraiser! Join us as we roll out the red carpet and celebrate our young artists’ excellence in performance and leadership on and off the stage!

You’re invited to attend the ceremony, enjoy the live entertainment and stay for the after party! Get ready to celebrate the most memorable performances of 2024.

Every actor in grades K-9 who participated in a 2024 NTPA Plano production is nominated for an award. The finalists will be recognized, and award winners in each age category will be announced at the awards ceremony, so you won’t want to miss your cue!

What to Expect

Funds raised by this event support ongoing operations and programming for NTPA – Plano. Your attendance will not only help us celebrate our family of actors, but will allow us to continue growing our program in 2025 and the years to come!

Red Carpet Arrival:

Strut your stuff on our glamorous red carpet starting a half hour before each awards ceremony. Grab photos with your friends and directors as you arrive.

The Awards Ceremony and Live Performances:

Witness the best and brightest talents of North Texas Performing Arts as they are honored in this dazzling awards ceremony, and relive your favorite Plano shows of the 2024 season with featured performances. We will celebrate our actors in 3 divisions separated by grade.

The Afterparty:

After each division, we invite families to join us for the annual AMP after party. Every ticket includes a meal and non-alcoholic drinks!

Kids Party Room: Kids can hang with their theatre family and dance the night away to their favorite karaoke tunes.

Adults-Only Party Room: Starting at 6:30 PM, enjoy signature cocktails, and join fellow supporters and your favorite NTPA staff for a rousing round of karaoke

Dress Code

The AMP Awards are an awards ceremony celebrating our actors, and a perfect chance to dress up for a night on the town with ties/bow ties/suits/dresses/etc. Make sure you bring your dance shoes for the After Party!

Enjoy reprise performances from some of our incredible casts! Students who are performing must purchase a ticket to attend.

NOTE: There will be a tech rehearsal for performers on Friday, February 14.

Tickets and Pricing

Everyone attending must purchase a ticket. 

Each division has their own awards event. You can purchase tickets for individual divisions or the full day.

2:30 PM – Rising Stars (Grades K-3)
4:30 PM – Juniors (Grades 4-6)
6:30 PM – Intermediate (Grades 7-9)

Red carpet starts half hour before each level.

Single division and all division tickets include a food ticket (includes small entree, side, and non-alcoholic drink). Add on meal tickets can be purchased for performer only tickets or guests who want a larger meal.

Performer Only Ticket to perform only. Does not include a seat in the Rodenbaugh. Performers do not need to purchase this ticket if they have already purchased an event ticket. Includes access to student after party. free
Add On Meal Ticket Includes small entree, side, and non-alcoholic drink. Available for performer only guests or guests who want a larger meal. $10
