Next Step: Theatre as a Profession – Grades 9-12
Taught by Broadway Actress Lauren Nicole Cipoletti
This class will introduce students to the realities of life as a full time actor in New York, led by Lauren Nicole Cipoletti, who is currently starring in HARRY POTTER AND THE CURSED CHILD on Broadway. Lauren earned her BA in Musical Theatre from California State University, Chico and her MFA in Acting from Columbia University.
Students will discuss their own goals and dreams as actors, and learn the best ways to reach them. They will learn about auditioning for managers and casting directors and building relationships with agents and other industry professionals. They will also build a unique online profile that matches current industry standards.
This is a great opportunity to learn first-hand tips and tricks to make your own next steps in the industry successful.
